As a Venture Partner at Up.Partners and a longtime zazen meditation teacher, Peter brings a grounded, presence-centered approach to leadership development shaped by decades of entrepreneurial and inner practice.
Amy Impara-Gregory
Amy is a leadership and integration facilitator with 30+ years developing executives across global organizations. Certified in Conscious Leadership, performance psychology, and executive coaching, she blends strategic insight with deep inner work. As a trained psychedelic guide, she supports leaders in safely translating expanded-state insight into meaningful action.
Nancy Terry
Nancy has a Master’s in Social Work, is a certified interpreter, mediator, and a crisis and family systems expert. She has 8 years of experience in Holotropic Breathwork and has guided over 250 psychedelic journeys. Nancy has studied with plant medicine shamans in Peru and creates safe emotional landscapes for deep inner work.
Dee Hunter
Dee is a former senior executive with 25 years of leadership experience who now researches the forces shaping modern wellbeing and human connection full-time. Her work explores generational dynamics and longevity wellness informed by global study and transformative experiences abroad.
